What to Expect

Book your initial consultation, online or in-person, at a time that suits you. Following upfront payment, your remaining three consultations will be booked, and a credit added to your account. You will receive a Tax Invoice after each session, that you may wish to claim with Medicare (with an eligible referral) or your Private Health Insurance (if Dietetics is included under extras).

Trimester 1

  • Comprehensive assessment of your medical history, medication and supplement use, gynaecological/obstetric history, current pregnancy status, recent biochemistry, bowel function, IBS symptoms,  social history, lifestyle factors, anthropometry, and food intake.

  • Key nutrients for early pregnancy

  • Hyperemesis Gravidarum screening (if applicable using PUQE-24).
